CHERRY - RASPBERRY CREAM DELIGHT 
6 oz. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
1 pt. strawberry ice cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen raspberries
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cherries, pitted (optional)

Place gelatin in a large bowl. Add boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Add sour cream and beat with wire whisk until smooth. Cut frozen ice cream (10 pieces) into gelatin. Stir until melted. Add lemon juice and frozen fruit. Mix with your hands. Pour into a glass bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream.
