BAKED CUSTARD MACARONI 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Creamette macaroni

Pour creamettes into three quarts of rapidly boiling water to which three heaping teaspoons of salt have been added. Boil 6 to 8 minutes until tender. Drain and cool. Beat two eggs (add vanilla for flavor). Add: 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt

Grease baking dish with butter. Mix cooked creamettes with above ingredients and pour in baking dish. Dust top with cinnamon and sugar. Dot top with some butter. Bake at 325 degrees until the custard is set, 30 to 40 minutes.
