OVEN OMELETTE 
Pastry lined 9x13 inch pan
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
3 oz. chopped ham or cooked crumbled bacon
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tomato, chopped, remove seeds and liquid

Blend all ingredients, pour into pastry-lined pan. Any pie crust recipe will do. Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
