BAKED SLICED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. peanut oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. paprika

Cut potatoes with skins on 1/4 inch thick slices. Place overlapping slices in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Brush slices of potatoes with butter and oil mixture. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done and browned at the edges. Serves 4 to 6 people.
