BAKED CHICKEN PIE 
1/2 chicken (turkey or veal)
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 med. potatoes, cubed
1/2 can (or 1 c.) corn (whole kernel white)
2 celery, diced
2 carrots, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Pie crust for top and bottom

First boil meat, remove skin. Second, make crust and line pie dish with one. Third, boil eggs. Fourth, cook potatoes and carrots.

After all above is cooked, chop chicken into small cubes and mix all ingredients in a large bowl; pour 1/4 cup of broth in bowl and season to taste. Pour everything into pie dish and cover with top crust; cut 2 slits into pie crust top before baking.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 3/4 hour until crust is brown.
