1 sq. bitter chocolate
2 c. chocolate chips
2 jars stemmed Maraschino cherries
6 tbsp. soft butter
2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Dry cherries and freeze. Mix all other ingredients except chocolate and freeze. Wrap mixture around frozen cherries and freeze again. Melt chocolate and dip wrapped cherries in chocolate. Freeze until set.
