1 extra serving size Ready-Crust Graham Cracker pie crust 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 1/4 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt until well blended. Add eggs (one at a time), mixing well after each addition. Place crust on baking sheet; pour in filling. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes; cool. Chill. If desired, top with fresh or frozen fruit, thawed and drained. |
