CHEESE ROLLS - QUICK AND EASY 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2/3 c. processed American cheese, grated
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c. sifted flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add cheese, sugar, salt, egg, melted butter and 1 cup sifted flour. Beat 2 minutes until cheese is well blended. Gradually add the additional flour to form a soft dough. Fill well greased muffin cups about 1/2 full. Cover and let rise in a warm place until light and double in size (about 1 hour). Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen.
