1 yellow (pudding) cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together. Pour into 7x12 inch Pyrex baking dish.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 box 10X sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Mix together and spread on cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
