CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. super moist yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg

Mix above ingredients until crumbly. Lightly press into ungreased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until set. 1/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix and pour over warm cake. Chill about 8 hours. You may top this with can of fresh fruit or pie filling (cherries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
