LOW CALORIE ORANGE TEA RING 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 egg, beaten
1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. salad oil

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and pour into a well greased ring mold. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 20 slices. Each slice contains 81 calories.
