PICANTE SAUCE 
2 qt. tomatoes
2 bell peppers
5 med. onions
1 c. celery
Hot peppers to taste
2/3 c. vinegar
2 to 3 tsp. salt

Chop above ingredients together. Add 2/3 cup vinegar and 2 to 3 teaspoons salt. Mix well. Simmer to desired thickness. Put in jars and seal. Water bath for 10 minutes.
