6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 c. butter, softened 2 tbsp. parsley 1 1/2 tsp. rosemary 1 1/2 tsp. garlic 1/4 c. oil 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. sour cream 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt Soda crackers (crushed in food processor) Combine butter, parsley, rosemary and garlic. Spoon into 6 equal portions and chill. Pound out chicken breasts and put one piece of butter in center of each breast. Fold sides of breast over and roll up in jelly roll fashion. Secure with toothpicks. Combine lemon juice, oil, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt. Coat chicken bundles in mixture and roll in crackers. Arrange in 9"x13" baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
