18 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 qt. Mocha Almond Fudge Ice Cream

Crush (finely) Oreo cookies and mix in melted butter. Press into 8 inch spring form pan, bottom only. Press in softened ice cream and freeze.

FUDGE TOPPING:

3 oz. baking chocolate
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring

Melt chocolate and butter over very low heat. Add sugar, salt, milk. Bring to simmer and simmer 5 minutes. Add vanilla or almond. TO SERVE: Cut ice cream pie in wedges, top with hot fudge, whipped cream, chopped walnuts and a cherry.
