COFFEE CRUMB CAKE 
FOR CAKE:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Crisco

FOR CRUMBS:

1 lb. butter, melted & cooled
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cinnamon

For Cake: Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla, egg, milk and Crisco. Mix together and spread in greased cookie sheet. Mixture will be very sticky and thin.

For Crumbs: Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Then mix in melted butter. Add crumbs to cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Put confectioners' sugar on top when cake has cooled.
