CRAB MOLD 
1 (11 oz.) can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
7 oz. crab meat
1 env. plain Knox gelatin
3 tbsp. cold water

Heat soup in pan and melt in cream cheese. Remove pan from heat and mix in onions, celery, mayonnaise and crab meat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, and add to crab mixture. Rinse mold in cold water before adding mixture. Refrigerate for one day before serving.
