CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. butter
2 c. leftover whole cranberry sauce

Mix first 4 ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Put half of mixture into greased 8x8 inch pan. Cover with cranberry sauce. Top with rest of oatmeal mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
