VIENNA LOAF APPETIZER 
1 loaf Vienna bread, unsliced
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
8-16 oz. finely grated Swiss cheese
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. poppy seeds, optional
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Slice bread lengthwise and widthwise within 1/2 inch from bottom (creating fingers of bread). Do not cut all the way through. Stuff mushrooms and cheese between fingers.

Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Pour butter mixture over bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Yummy!... and lots of calories!
