DEVILED STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin steak (1" thick)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. warm brandy
1/4 c. catsup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Trim excess fat from meat. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes on each side; steak will be rare. In large skillet combine butter, next 4 ingredients, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash pepper; heat until bubbly. Add steak; pour brandy over flame. When brandy has burned down, remove steak. Add catsup and mushrooms to skillet; mix well. Serve over steak. Serves 6.
