MACARONI SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 head cauliflower (chopped)
1 sm. onion (chopped)
3 celery stalks (chopped)
Velveeta chunks to taste

DRESSING:

1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise (or to taste)
2 tbsp. pickle juice or vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Small amount of Ranch Italian dressing

Cook and drain macaroni. Chop and add vegetables to macaroni. Mix up dressing and stir in macaroni. Chill 2 hours. Add Velveeta cheese before serving.
