YORKSHIRE PUDDING | |
Beat 1 egg, add 4 tablespoons flour and a pinch of salt, and mix with 1/2 pint milk to make a smooth batter. If desired, allow the mixture to stand for about 1/2 hour or longer, before being put in the tin, then put it into a moderately hot oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes. NOTE: To make popovers, put the batter into greased cupcake tins and bake for 10-15 minutes. |
