CABBAGE SALAD 
1/2 head chopped cabbage
3/4 c. peas, frozen
1/8 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken, pork or beef)
1 sm. bunch sliced green onions
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. sunflower seeds

Toss together; let stand until ready to eat. Before serving, add coarsely crushed Ramen noodles.

Shake together: 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar

Add this liquid to the salad just before serving. (I make the salad the evening before and add the crushed Ramen noodles and liquid seasonings just prior to serving.)
