ICE CREAM DESSERT 
6 c. Rice Chex - crushed by hand after measuring
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Mix all ingredients together except ice cream. Pat 1/2 of the mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze for 1 hour. Pat the ice cream in the frozen mixture and top with the other half of the mixture and keep frozen until serving time. Serves 12.
