NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
1 graham cracker crust, browned
2 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream cheese until smooth. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes.

Top with: 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Chill overnight.
