CHICKEN WITH ORANGE 
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) fryer, cut into serving pieces
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. sherry

Brown chicken pieces under the broiler. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Arrange orange slices over chicken. Combine juice concentrate, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce, ginger, water and sherry. Pour over chicken and onions. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender, about 35 to 40 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. Approximately 195 calories per serving.
