ONE STEP PEACH PIE 
1 stick butter
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (29 oz.) can Del Monte sliced peaches
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar

Mix first seven ingredients with mixer at medium speed. Pour in well-greased and lightly floured 8x10 inch pan, baking dish. Batter will look like a cake. Mix can of peaches, sugar and nutmeg together in a bowl. Pour on top of batter. Make sure all fruit is covered. It will form its own crust as it bakes. Bake until golden brown or cake leaves side of pan. Serve warm with or without ice cream.
