CAESAR SALAD 
4 garlic cloves
2 anchovies (or paste)
1 egg
1 tsp. of balsamic vinegar
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. olive oil
Pepper, small amount (according to taste)
Parmesan cheese
Croutons
Romaine lettuce

Put egg in hot water for 1 or 2 minutes to coddle.

In salad bowl, crush garlic and anchovies, add vinegar, lemon and olive oil and coddled egg.

Wash and tear Romaine lettuce. Add to bowl and toss. Add Parmesan, pepper and croutons.
