CAESAR SALAD 
3/4 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. anchovy paste
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. croutons
Romaine lettuce

Combine first 7 ingredients in food processor and blend for 1 minute. Pour 1/2 cup dressing over lettuce. Top with grated cheese and croutons. Recipe makes enough dressing for 2-3 salads.
