ORIENTAL BEEF 
1 lb. flank or sirloin steak
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. onion
Salt to taste
Whole mushrooms (opt.)
Oil as needed for frying
2 tomatoes, unpeeled

MARINADE:

1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash salt, pepper, sugar & garlic powder
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. sherry wine

Cut steak in thin strips. Place in marinade. Stir well. Cut green pepper in quarters and each quarter in half. Cook in hot oil for a few minutes. Salt to taste. Cut onion in wedges and saute. Slice mushrooms and saute. Fry beef quickly in oil. Add marinade while cooking. Cut tomato in wedges. Add to meat, cook 1 minute. Add all vegetables. Other good additions: snow peas, broccoli. Best when cooked in wok.
