KATIE'S FAVORITE "LOWFAT" SUPPER LASAGNA | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles 1 c. plain yogurt 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Cook and drain lasagna noodles. Blend together cream cheese and yogurt. Arrange in a shallow 7 x 10 Pyrex dish as follows: 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce; single layer lasagna noodles; 1/2 inch layers yogurt and cream cheese mix; remainder spaghetti sauce; remainder lasagna noodles; remainder yogurt and cream cheese mix. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees covered 20 minutes then uncovered further 10 minutes. |
