MAKE AHEAD LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. size spaghetti sauce mix (double pkg.)
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
6 cans water
1/2 lb. uncooked lasagne noodles
12 oz. Ricotta (or cottage) cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. In 13 x 9 inch baking dish, spread 1 1/2 cups sauce. Arrange layer of uncooked lasagne noodles; top with some sauce and some of each cheese in layers. Repeat, making sure noodles are immersed in sauce. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut in squares to serve. Makes 8 servings.
