CHICKEN AND PASTA 
2 whole boneless chicken breasts
1 lb. fettuccine noodles
1 pt. half & half
1-2 pinches sweet basil
1-2 pinches white pepper
1-2 cloves garlic
1 c. chicken broth

Cut chicken breasts into 1/2 inch wide strips. Beat flat with wooden spoon (or whatever!). Fry strips in butter or oil on high heat. Remove and into the hot pan, pour half & half to deglaze. Add chicken broth, pepper, basil, and minced garlic. Simmer until liquid becomes a sauce (add flour, if necessary). Add chicken and pour over cooked, drained hot noodles. Serves 3 to 5.
