APRICOT SALAD RING 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. apricot Jello
2 qt. can size of apricots
1 can frozen orange juice

Drain apricots and use 2 cups of the apricot juice for Jello instead of water. Bring juice to a boil and pour over Jello. Add 1 can frozen orange concentrate to juice then add apricot puree. Put apricots through food press, using only puree. Place in refrigerator to cool. Top with whipped cream. Nice spring salad.
