LEMON - APRICOT SLUSH 
2 tbsp. instant tea powder
3 (12 oz.) cans (4 1/2 c.) apricot nectar
1/2 of a 6 oz. can (1/3 c.) frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (10 oz.) bottle (1 1/4 c.) ginger ale
3/4 c. bourbon (optional)

Combine tea powder and 1 cup water in large bowl; stir in nectar concentrate, ginger ale and bourbon if desired. Pour mixture into a shallow freezer container. Cover, seal, label and freeze.

To serve, let frozen mixture stand at room temperature for 30-45 minutes or until partially thawed; stir and spoon into glasses. If made without bourbon stir additional ginger ale into each serving. Makes 12 (5 ounce) servings.
