BAKED BEANS 
1 pkg. pea beans, soaked overnight & cooked until skins break
1 med. onion
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 lb. salt pork, cut into cubes

Place all ingredients into a crock pot and cover with water from cooked pea beans. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hours or until cooked to your liking.
