ORANGE ROLLS 
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 sweet roll dough (see Sweet Roll recipe in this section)

Beat butter, orange peel, orange juice and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Roll dough into rectangle, 12 inches, on lightly floured surface; spread with half of orange mixture.

Roll up tightly, beginning at 12 inch side. Pinch edge of dough into roll to seal well. Stretch roll to make even. Cut into 12 (1 inch) slices. Place slightly apart in greased round layer pan (any size). Let rise until double, about 40 minutes.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Frost with remaining orange mixture while warm.
