WILD RICE CHEESE SOUP | |
1/2 c. wild rice, cooked 1 med. onion, sauteed 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled 2 cans cream of potato soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 qt. half and half Boil 6 cups water, add rice and remove from heat. Let sit overnight. Drain rice. Boil another 6 cups water, pour over rice, rinse rice until water runs clear. Heat all ingredients until cheese is melted. |
