CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 c. popcorn (unpopped)
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter (2 sticks butter)
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. roasted peanuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pop corn. Put in 2 (9 x 13 inch pan). Boil all ingredients but peanuts and soda. Boil 5 minutes add soda, then peanuts. Pour over popped corn. Heat in oven 1 hour at 200 degrees. Stir every 10 minutes.
