ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 (#303) can asparagus, drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. can pimentos, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 c. white sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 c. buttered cracker crumbs

In an 8 x 8-inch buttered baking dish, put a layer of buttered crumbs. Save some for top layer. Add can of asparagus. Over this put pimentos, mushrooms, and eggs. Add grated cheese to white sauce and heat until the cheese melts. Pour over mixture and add remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
