CRANBERRY-ORANGE RING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberry orange relish, partially thawed
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add relish and stir until completely thawed. Stir in pineapple, with liquid, and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Fold in celery and nuts. Spoon into 5 cup ring mold and chill until firm. Serves 8 to 10.
