CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE | |
1 lb. crawfish tails, peeled 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. red pepper 2 oz. oil 1 c. water Saute onion in oil until brown, then add crawfish, green pepper, salt and pepper. Mix flour and water; add to crawfish, stirring while mixing. Cover and let simmer for 25 minutes. Add water if necessary. |
