SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
3 lb. squash, cooked (drain well & chop some) 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 eggs 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients together. Put in 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish. TOPPING: 1/2 stick butter, melt and pour over casserole. Crumble Ritz crackers over butter. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
