STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 deep dish pre-cooked 9" pie shell

Mix together 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Cut in 2/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Crisco and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons cold water. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING;
1 1/2 - 2 qts. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. dry strawberry Jello

Add 1 cup hot water to the sugar and flour mixture and cook until it thickens and begins to look clear. Add 3 tablespoons dry Jello to hot mix. Let cool and pour over berries in baked shell. Garnish with whipped topping. Frozen berries won't work for this recipe.
