SINGLE CRUST 9 INCH PIE | |
1/2 c. Crisco 1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. water Sift flour and salt in bowl. Take out 1/4 cup flour. Cut Crisco with knife, fork, or blender into remaining flour until the pieces are the size of small peas. Mix 3 tablespoons water with flour to form a paste. Add flour paste to Crisco flour mixture, mix and shape into a ball. Roll out on floured board to 12 inches in diameter. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. |
