PIE CRUST (SINGLE DOUBLE LAYER) 
3 c. flour (6)
1/3 c. sugar (2/3 c.)
1 tsp. baking powder (2)
1 1/2 c. Crisco (3)
1 egg (2)
1 shot glass cognac (2)
Powdered sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Add next 3 ingredients. Use hands to get best consistency. If dry, add milk, if wet add flour. Roll out in powdered sugar. This recipe handed down from an excellent male Greek cook.

Use remaining dough (or make a little extra) to roll out. Add cinnamon and sugar roll up and cut into pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
