SKOR - ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 tube + 15 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter

Combine for crust. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan.

2 boxes chocolate instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix together with electric mixer. Add 1 quart vanilla ice cream (slightly softened). Continue mixing until smooth. Pour over crust.

FROSTING:

8 oz. Cool Whip

Then top with:

4 crushed Skor candy bars

Freeze. Take out of freezer several minutes before serving for easier cutting.
