LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
5 lbs. Ricotta
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In big bowl, combine Ricotta, sugar, Romano cheese, cinnamon, egg; mix well. Boil lasagna as directed on box. Drain well. In large lasagna pan spread some sauce. Sprinkle Romano cheese. Place noodle neatly over sauce. Sprinkle more Romano and Mozzarella. Spread Ricotta evenly, then add some spaghetti sauce. Add more pasta; more Mozzarella, more sauce, more Ricotta. Again add pasta, Romano, Mozzarella, sauce. Stay 1 inch below top of pan. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour.
