2 sticks butter
1 can milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Hershey's chocolate
1 tsp. salt

Cook slowly until mixture thickens. Remove from direct heat. Allow to cool, spread between layers and on top.
