SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
2 tbsp. "Tender Quick"
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. onion salt (If you prefer, use onion powder)
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all ingredients in large bowl; cover and set in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. Make two rolls and wrap in foil, leaving ends open. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and slice for lunches.
