SAUSAGE LIKE SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
1 c. water

Mix together hamburger, pepper, garlic, salt, garlic powder, mustard seed, liquid smoke, Tender Quick salt and water with your hands. Make 2 rolls out of mixture, wrap in aluminum foil with shiny side out. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, if you want to.

When ready to bake, put on a wire rack in a low pan and pour boiling water in pan. Punch 4 holes in foil with fork, bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
